Knowledge Park
The North Land Institute is located in Dubai Knowledge Park – home to some of the biggest universities and companies in Dubai. In many ways, it’s a one-of-a-kind learning hub that brings together the finest educational and vocational programmes.

Established by the Dubai government in 2003 with the goal of developing the talent pool needed to fuel the country’s knowledge-based economy, there are a number of post-secondary educational institutions in addition to The North Land Institute of Training that are based in Dubai Knowledge Park.
The location also offers a variety of retail outlets that provide ancillary services to the leading businesses, institutes and universities operating in the area. Those services include a food court with multiple options for students, a medical clinic, a dental clinic, a travel centre, car rental facilities and child care.

- Visa Services (via TECOM Visa Services Centre)
Support for student visa applications, renewals, and general immigration matters. - Medical Clinic Services
Access to Mediclinic Al Sufouh, a multi-specialty outpatient clinic located within Knowledge Park, offering general healthcare support. - Visa Fitness & Wellness Testing
Students requiring medical fitness certificates for visa processing can visit the Knowledge Village Medical Fitness Centre, operated by Smart Salem.

Dubai is less than a four hour flight to one third of the world’s population and less than eight hours to two-thirds of the world’s population. The Dubai International Airport is one of the busiest international airports in the world. Our campus is less than a 30 minute drive from the airport and is easily accessible by all modes transportation.
