How to Apply

Prospective students are invited to follow the steps below to complete their application to the Canadian College in Dubai:

Step 1: Review Admission Requirements

Applicants must ensure they meet all academic and language proficiency criteria prior to applying.

Step 2: Prepare Application Documents – Checklist

Applicants must gather and submit the following documents:

Completed application form
Passport copy (photo/name page; address page if applicable)
English language proficiency test result
Translated and attested high school diploma
Translated and attested academic transcripts

Passport copies and English test results do not require attestation. Translated diplomas and transcripts must be attested. Incomplete documentation may delay review of your application.

Step 3: Submit Application

Step 4: Receive Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

Upon verification of eligibility and completeness of the application, successful candidates will receive an official Letter of Acceptance. The standard processing time for the LOA is approximately three business days.

International Student Visa Process

The North Land Institute of Training provides full support for international student visa applications. The visa application process includes the following steps:

Visa Processing

The Institute will initiate and manage the entire visa application process on behalf of the student upon issuance of the Letter of Acceptance, and receipt of the tuition payment.

Processing Time

The estimated time for student visa processing is approximately three weeks after accepting the offer and making the fee payment.

Applicants must have completed high school (or an equivalent credential) and provide official transcripts and their final high school diploma or graduation certificate. Because grading systems vary internationally, additional requirements may apply depending on your country of education – our admissions team will confirm exactly what’s needed once you begin your application.

IELTS (Academic)

6.0 overall, minimum 5.5 each band

TOEFL

4 overall, minimum 4 each skill

Duolingo English Test

110 overall, minimum 90 Production

PTE (Academic)

54 overall, minimum 50 each band

Cambridge English (B2/C1/C2)

169 overall, no skill below 162

CAEL

60 overall

MELAB

You may be exempt from this requirement if you completed at least two consecutive full academic years of full-time study, within the past four years, in a country where the medium of instruction was English. Contact our admissions team to confirm whether your qualifications meet this exemption and what documentation is needed.
