How to Apply

Prospective students are invited to follow the steps below to complete their application to The North Land Institute of Training:

Step 1: Review Admission Requirements

Applicants must ensure they meet all academic and language proficiency criteria prior to applying.

Step 2: Prepare Application Documents – Checklist

Applicants must gather and submit the following documents:

Completed Application Form
Copy of Passport (including photo and address pages)
Notarized copies of high school transcripts and diploma (must be translated into English if not originally issued in English)
Proof of English language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, PTE, or equivalent)

Step 3: Submit Application

All application materials should be submitted to the Admissions Office via email at admissions@northlandinstitute.com
or submit online.

Step 4: Receive Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

Upon verification of eligibility and completeness of the application, successful candidates will receive an official Letter of Acceptance. The standard processing time for the LOA is approximately three business days.

International Student Visa Process

The North Land Institute of Training provides full support for international student visa applications. The visa application process includes the following steps:

Visa Processing

The Institute will initiate and manage the entire visa application process on behalf of the student upon issuance of the Letter of Acceptance, and receipt of the tuition payment.

Processing Time

The estimated time for student visa processing is approximately three weeks after accepting the offer and making the fee payment.

Supporting Documents

High School Diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent); Note: Specific countries may have specific requirements.

IELTS (Academic)

6.0, minimum 5.5 in each skill band

TOEFL

80 (online) minimum 20 in each skill band

Duolingo English Test

110 min overall score, 90 min production score

PTE (Academic)

54, overall minimum; 50 in each skill band

Applicants who have completed at least two consecutive years of full-time study (high school or post-secondary) within the past four years where the medium of instruction was English may be exempt.
